Acuvue Oasys 1-Day MAX Multifocal are multifocal daily disposable lenses that provide clear near, far and intermediate vision. They are ideal for anyone who suffers from presbyopia from around the age of 45 and values a high-quality product. Especially in artificial light and when using digital devices, they offer particularly good visual acuity thanks to their blue light filter.

The MAX in the product name stands for maximum visual acuity and maximum comfort. This is achieved by the OptiBlue Light Filter, which ensures sharp quality of vision in all lighting conditions and enables higher contrast for day and night vision by reducing stray light. The OptiBlue Light Filter filters out 60% of blue/violet light, keeping eyes relaxed even during prolonged use of digital devices. Due to the blue light filter, the contact lenses have a slightly green tint, which is hardly noticeable depending on the eye colour. The contact lenses also offer UV protection and are made from a modern silicone hydrogel material that has a very high oxygen permeability. This allows for long periods of wear without hesitation. This is a major advantage of the Acuvue Oasys 1-Day MAX compared to the 1-Day Acuvue Moist Multifocal, whose material is of an older generation.

Moistening substances, which resemble the natural tear film, are introduced into the material via the front and back of the contact lens. The optical multifocal zone is individually adapted to the age and refractive error of the wearer and thus ensures individually good visual acuity. According to the manufacturer, the first pair fitted 92% of all wearers at the first appointment.
